 Three cheers for the winners of the Sustainable Business Council’s 5th Annual Sustainability Awards
Each year the Missoula Sustainable Business Council presents a series
of awards to recognize and appreciate outstanding contributions to the
concept of sustainable practices and the resulting positive effect on
the quality of life in Missoula and Western Montana. Winners must have
made progress in all three aspects of sustainability: people, planet
and profit.
This year's winners are:

Sustainability Advocate of the Year

Join us in recognizing these great entities and individuals on Thursday, May 21, 2009 for the 5th Annual Sustainability Awards Presentation and final lecture of the 2008-09 season in the Stensrud Building Event Center, 314 North First West. The evening will begin at 5:30 pm with a social including snacks and drinks. At 6:00 pm, the SBC will award the 5th Annual Sustainability Awards. A panel discussion featuring the award winners discussing the opportunities available and challenges in adopting sustainable business practices will begin at approximately 6:15 pm. |
