Sustainable Practices, Products, & Services:
The Bitterroot Flower Shop is dedicated to supporting local non-profit organizations. We make donations to the Missoula Children\'s Theater, the local chapter of the American Heart Association, the Missoula Symphony, the Missoula String Orchestra, and numerous other community organiztions. Weather permitting, the Bitterroot Flower Shop supports local flower and plant growers. Summer harvests of lilies and lavender are particularly stunning in the Missoula and Bitterroot valleys. The Bitterroot Flower Shop is also dedicated to providing a work environment where employees treat each other with respect and dignity. Our employees comprise one of our greatest assets. Also, the Bitterroot Flower Shop uses a one-of-a-kind bicycle delivery cart in downtown Missoula for flower and plant deliveries. This enables us to reduce our carbon footprint and get a little exercise at the same time. We also have an extensive recycling system to cut down on waste.
