Kingdom Ventures goal is to develop the most efficient, durable and affordable housing products possible. We also promote fair living wages, good environmental stewardship, buying local, honest business ethics and having a lot of fun in the process. We were developing energy efficient, hybrid homes before "going green" got going.
Sustainable Practices, Products, & Services:
Our first projects involved training everyone from our subs and realtors to our bankers on energy efficient practices. In those days we ate the extra costs of such development with the goal one day seeing green, efficient building becoming a norm. That day is quickly approaching. We have also been proponents of fair living wages and buying local ...even if it hurt the bottom line. Today we continue to push the envelope of hybrid housing with our newest product, the I-PAD. The I-PAD is Missoula's most efficient, durable and affordable home yet. But we hope it will only the standard by which future homes will measure up to.

October 22, 2009. Kingdom Ventures introduces its newest hybrid project - The I-PAD - to Missoula. The most efficient, durable and affordable home in Missoula. The builder who has been with us since day one and has been much of the brainchild behind our projects and designs is Kingdom Builders. Kingdom Builders was recognized as Montana's 2007 Energy Star Builder of the Year.
