About Le Petite Outre: Le Petit Outre is a wholesale and retail bakery specializing in european/artisanal bread and pastry.
Sustainable Practices, Products, & Services: We have maintained a 'fair weather' bike delivery program for the past 4 years. 95% of the flour that we use is grown and milled in Montana. We recycle copious amounts of flour bags, card board, etc.
