About Oasis Montana:
We provide a variety of products and design services for residential and commercial solar power systems and also solar water pumping systems. We provide quality components engineered for site specific applications while maintaining GREAT customer service.
Sustainable Practices, Products, & Services:
Our product line includes solar modules (plus inverters and related
components), residential wind (turbines) generators, systems for
emergency power back-up, off-grid homes, RVs, solar water pumping,
telecommunications, general battery charging, marine applications,
grid-tie electric power systems, a line of efficient AC and DC
refrigerators, freezers and coolers, and also non-electric gas
appliances. Our office has been solar powered for 12 years, and two of
our technicians life off-grid on their own independent power systems
(one solar, one hydro). We also have a business partner for
ground-source heat pumps and solar thermal systems, for those
interested.
Important Dates & Facts:
Last year we completed the Deep Creek Ranch project in north central
Montana's Teton County, currently Montana's largest grid-tied solar
array at 69.6KW (see picture, above). It features 324 Sanyo solar
modules and Fronius grid-tie inverters; this array is providing power
for the local ranch and works in conjunction with the Sun River Electric
Co-op, feeding back excess power.
