Sustainable Practices, Products, & Services:
At Summit Property Management we take many measures to make our business sustainable. We shred and recycle paper, keys and phonebooks in addition to recycling our bottles, cans etc. We print double sided whenever possible. We scan and email leases, contracts and any other paperwork possible instead of delivering paper copies. We also use email whenever possible. We send our financial statements and reports via email. We minimize paper, envelope, check and ink consumption by using direct deposit for owner distributions. We do online banking and offer online rent payment options. We encourage tenants to conserve energy and buy locally. We donate to the Missoula Food Bank. We recycle and re-use our ink cartridges. We buy recycled paper, sticky notes, folders etc. The owner's wife makes our environmentally friendly cleaning supplies. As a move-in gift for tenants, we offer a re-usable shopping bag. We strive to create a posi tive work environment and care about our employees. We are always looking for ways to improve our business and sustainability practices.

Summit Property Management's Owner, Aaron Gingerelli was the 2009 President of the Western Montana Chapter of The National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Aaron Gingerelli is currently the Co-Chair of 2011 NARPM North Western Regional Conference.
