Sustainable Practices, Products, & Services: We strive to re-use recycle or re-purpose as much material as possible for every project. We build or projects with the latest in building science to provide a safe, energy efficient and durable product. We research products and techniques in all phases of construction to lower our carbon footprint. We are Energy Star Partners with a 100%commitment. We are active in the local green building activities through the National Association of Homebuilders. We recently completed a remodel for HOUSE an SBC member located on 133 N. Higgins. We were able to reuse repurpose or recycle approximately 65% of the material during demolition. We also redesigned the heating and cooling systems to increase efficiency and indoor air quality. We used low VOC paints and wood certified by the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council).
