Terms and Restrictions of SBC Logo Use
The Sustainable Business Council welcomes the use of our logo(s) by our members. SBC requires members to review and accept the following Terms and Conditions of SBC Logo Use prior to downloading or using any SBC logo.
Use by SBC Members Only: SBC logos are he sole and exclusive intellectual property of SBC. The right to use SBC logos under these Terms and Restrictions extends to sBC members only. Any other person or entity who wishes to use an SBC logo must seek the explicit agreement of SBC.
Granted Limited Rights of Use: Your use of SBC logo(s) creates no rights for users in or to the logo(s) beyond the rights provided in these Terms and Restrictions. Your license to use SBC logos is a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license that is subject to all of the Terms and Restrictions herein.
No Alterations: The logo(s) may not be revised or altered in any way, except for sizing, and must be displayed in the same form as produced by SBC, including all copyright identification.
Professional Use Only: The logo(s) may only be used in a professional manner and ma y not be used in any manner that discredits or tarnishes SBC reputation, is false or misleading, or mischaracterizes the relationship between SB and the user.
SBC's Right to Revoke: SBC reserves the right to review and prohibit an use of its logo(s) that does no conform to these TErms & Conditions.
Choice of Law and Jurisdiction: By using SBC logo(s), you consent to the laws, jurisdiction, and venue of the Montana Federal District Court, Missoula Division, for any and all disputes that arise regarding your use of the logo(s).
